Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Hisaab+ mobile application and web app (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Hisaab+ Cloud, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Hisaab+ is a cloud billing, POS, khata ledger, and inventory software designed for retail merchants. We provide tools for creating invoices, managing inventory, and tracking payments.
3. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate tax/GST records.
- Generating proper and legally compliant invoices.
- The accuracy of the data you input into the Service.
- Keeping your account credentials and app lock (biometric/fingerprint) secure.
Hisaab+ is not responsible for auditing your books, calculating your tax liabilities, or ensuring your business practices comply with local laws.
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to hack, destabilize, or adapt the Service.
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Hisaab+ Cloud and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Subscription and Payment Terms
Hisaab+ offers a free tier (supported by ads) and an optional Pro subscription. Payments for the Pro subscription are processed securely via Razorpay or Google Play Billing.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.
- You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play account or our in-app settings depending on your payment method.
7. Refund Policy

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hisaab+ Cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in India.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of these Terms and via in-app notifications.
